Arnaud brings to the party 24 years of operational experience (B-to-B & B-to-C), acquired in 2 leading FMCG companies, Procter & Gamble & L’Oreal.

He has acquired a real field expertise, having started as a rep and progressed to Key Account Manager, Regional Sales Manager, National Sales Manager, Brand General Manager, Division General Manager (8 brands), & Sales & Business Development GM for Asia-Pacific.

 

He comes with a proven-track record of business transformations & successful organizational changes, and a passion for developing people having led cross-functional teams in 5 different countries.

 

He is now a full-time trainer and executive coach, growing the skills of partner-clients and their teams.

Originally French, Arnaud and his family have settled in Melbourne in 2015 after having travelled across Asia for 10 years.

A busy father of 3, in his spare time, you will find him playing tennis, spending a night out with friends playing poker, or planning his next scuba-diving holidays which is his ultimate passion, thus the sea water theme of this website.
